A Vision for Bear Lake's Future
Securing Bear Lake's Future
Our fire district, sewer systems, and water infrastructure are all connected. When one falls behind, we all feel it. As commissioner, I'll make sure the county partners with every district and every community to build infrastructure our grandchildren can rely on.
Restoring Trust in County Government
I've attended nearly every commissioner and Planning & Zoning meeting for the last four years. I know where the processes break down. Working alongside our new county attorney, I'll bring transparency, proper procedures, and accountability to how your tax dollars are spent.
Building on What Works
Our commissioners made the right call bringing in a new county attorney and starting the conversation about updating our ordinances. Now we need a commissioner who will see that work through — with community input, professional standards, and our grandchildren's future in mind.

About Kathi
I was raised beside Bear Lake, where my ancestors settled Fish Haven and dedicated their lives to building this valley — the irrigation district, the cemetery, the school, the church. I retired as a paralegal from one of Salt Lake's largest law firms and came home.
For the last four years, I've attended nearly every commissioner and P&Z meeting, working to understand our county's challenges from the inside. My husband Ed and I live in Fish Haven. Ed serves as Fish Haven's Fire Chief — a family deeply invested in keeping our communities safe.
I'm running because Bear Lake's future is worth fighting for — and I'm ready on day one.
